Fugitive suspect in Skyline murder arrested in Florida

Kenneth Khesahn Altonia Harvey, age 19.

Madison Police said this afternoon that the U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force in Jacksonville, FL has apprehended a fugitive in the Skyline Road Murder investigation. Kenneth Khesahn Altonia Harvey, age 19, was located and detained by the U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Task force in Jacksonville this morning where he awaits extradition on felony warrants for murder and burglary in the first degree.

Harvey was identified as a suspect in an investigation into an incident that occurred at a residence on Skyline Road in Madison, leaving Robert Luke Pratt dead. He fled the North Alabama area and was suspected of being in the Jacksonville area.

Jacksonville Beach Police Department located another suspect, Lucas Ray Kemp, on May 9, 2019 in Florida, who was later returned to Madison County where murder and burglary warrants were served for his arrest. Detectives had reason to believe that he and Harvey were traveling together.

Madison Police with the assistance of the U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force are now seeking extradition and the return of Harvey to Madison County.
