City agrees to Intergraph road contract

By Staff
The city of Madison will accept roads from Intergraph Corp. with Intergraph paying the city $50,000 to bring up to city standards less than a mile of roads in a proposed business park.
At a special called meeting of the council July 10, the council has agreed in the contract to accept the roads into its city street system. The contract also preserves the city's easements to the rock quarry for either a year or within 90 days notice from Intergraph that it has a buyer for the land.
