Madison City Schools 2002-03 elementary supply list

The Madison County Record has published the 2002-03 school supply list, grades kindergarten through six, for Heritage, Horizon, Madison, Rainbow, and West Madison elementary schools per grade, per week. This is the last in the series.
Fifth grade
2 large glue sticks (white or purple)
Colored pencils
1 8-pack of washable magic markers (no neon)
No. 2 pencils
1 pack of graph paper (1cm units)
1 wide-ruled spiral notebook
3-ring, 2 inch binder
Wide-ruled, loose-leaf paper (400 sheets total)
6 pocket folders with prongs
6 tabbed dividers with pockets
Sixth grade
Colored pencils
4 folders with pockets and prongs
1 pack Crayola markers
1 pack dry erase markers
Loose leaf paper
No. 2 pencils
Pens (blue and black)
Spiral notebooks, one subject (70-80 sheets each)
1 3-ring binder (2 inch with pockets)
It is suggested that each student keep an assignment notebook. Since individual schools may have varying requirements as to assignment notebooks, you may want to wait until school starts to purchase this item.
* Supplies should be replenished as needed.
* Please write child's name on all supplies, coats, jackets, bookbags, hats, sweaters, etc.
* School begins Thursday, August 8, 2002.
