Calhoun to offer new degrees this fall
Calhoun Community College will begin offering an associate of applied science degree in advanced electronics manufacturing beginning this fall. Classes in the new program will be offered in Calhoun's recently completed Advanced Manufacturing Processes Lab of the college's Aerospace and Advanced Technology Park. The program progresses from fundamental knowledge and skills in math, science and electronic manufacturing through advanced state-of-the-art electronic manufacturing process and packaging technologies. Courses throughout the program will prepare students for related industry certifications.
