Builders association awards scholarships
The Huntsville/Madison County Builders Foundation recently awarded $7,650 in scholarships to 18 students pursuing an education in a building industry related field. The recipients are Brant Neely, Rusty Wood, Ramsey Wood, Makenzi Hamilton, Jessie Bennett, Melissa Maze, Brian Richardson, Gary Owens, Michael Crawford, Jason Holland, Kelly McElyea, Christy Hales, Valerie Rowan, Jason Bunn, Matthew Bunn, Kathryn Gustafson, Kimberly Gustafson, and Aaron Marsh.
The scholarships monies were raised by the association's Women's Council and members of the association through fund raising activities.
