Building Permits The Madison Community Development Department issued 25 commercial and residential building permits between June 23 and June 29 for a total of $6,111,27.

There were 20 electrical permits issued for a total of $2,047.40. There were 19 gas permits issued for a total of $230. There were two home occupation permits issued for a total of $45. There were 29 mechanical permits issued for a total of $625. There were four miscellaneous permits issued for $344.50. There were 24 plumbing permits issued for a total of $1,259. One sign permit was issued for $102.26.
The grand total for all permits issued between June 23 and June 29 was 111, for a total of $9,998.43.
