Denise Renee Hawkins Camp, 56, of Madison, died April 29, 2010.
She is survived by her daughter, Megan Denise Camp Adams and husband Cary of Charlotte, N.C. son, John David Camp and wife Amanda of Huntsville and grandchildren, Adam Camp and David Camp, both of Huntsville and Jamison Adams of Charlotte, N.C.
A memorial service was held at Trinity Baptist Church in Cordova, Tenn., Pastor Richard Hipps officiating and. Laughlin Service Funeral Home directing.
