James Lee Rumbley, 61, of Madison died May 24, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, RosaLyn Rumbley of Madison; his son, Jim Rumbley Jr. of Santa Barbara, Calif.; and his brothers, Wayne Rumbley of Naperville, Ill. and Roger Rumbley of North Vernon, Ill.
At Jim’s request, there will be no memorial service.
