Madison entrepreneurs honored for customer service

Allstate exclusive agency owners Becky Gordon, Dan Higdon, James Mitchell and Carolyn Lankford have been designated a Premier Service Agency for 2010 for their commitment to exceeding customer expectations in their agency.

The honor is given to less than 30 percent of Allstate’s nearly 12,000 agency owners across the country.

“It’s an honor to receive the designation,” said Becky Gordon, who works at the Hwy 27 location. “It’s been my pleasure to take care of my clients an the community of Madison.”

The Premier Service Agency designation is awarded to Allstate agency owners who have consistently met designated levels in customer service and business performance.

Allstate said the four agents’ recognition proves their ability to deliver accessible, knowledgeable and personal customer service allowing them to achieve outstanding business results.
