Bruce Lewis; Oct. 5, 2010

Bruce Allen Lewis, 54, of Madison passed away Oct. 5.

He was born on April 1, 1956, to his parents, Mildred and Robert Lewis, who along with his brother, Gaylord, preceded him in death.

Bruce is survived by special friend, Xa Rambo; daughters, Rachel and husband Chris and Sara; grandchildren, Jessica and Ryan; brothers, Bob and Jim; nieces, Carrie, Christy and Tracy; and many other nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. Oct. 22 at Madison Chapel Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Bruce may be made to Hospice Family Care at hospice-familycare.org.
