Ruth E. Warren; Jan. 5, 2011

Ruth Elizabeth (Chub) Warren passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011. She was 94 years old.

She was preceded in death by her husband John T. Warren, infant grandson John Wesley Warren, baby of Jerry and Barb Warren and son Donnie Shannon Warren.

She is survived by her sons Thomas Howard and wife Virginia Warren of Gurley, Jerry Wayne and wife Barb Warren of Lynden, Washington and Charles David and wife Rita Warren of Harvest, daughter Johnnie Ruth and husband Tommy of Birmingham and daughter in law Linda Warren of Huntsville. She was a grandmother of 19, great grandmother of 18 and a great-great grandmother of 3 and a aunt of several nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church since 1960 and she still drove to church every Sunday. She was loved and will be missed by all.

The family will receive friends Saturday Jan. 8 at 11am at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville with services to follow at 1pm in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Moon Cemetery.
