Johnny Howard Smith, 57, of Madison died Monday, Feb. 7.

Survivors include his son, Johnny Ray Smith; two daughters, Melissa Karen Smith, and Tonya Alicia Smith; four sisters, Brenda Smith, Deb Nelson, Sue Dicus, and Vicki Woodall; and six grandchildren, Trisha, Johnny, Brandon, Marissa, Ciarra, and Trey.

Visitation was from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wedesday, Feb. 9 at Berryhill Funeral Home. Services followed at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. James Harrell officiating. Burial will be in Bellview Cemetery.
