Bob Jones soccer improves to 2-0

The Bob Jones boys╒ soccer team improved to 2-0 Thursday with a home victory over Randolph, 2-0.

The two teams played to a stalemate for much of the game, but with 16:31 remaining in the second half, Jared Mitchell scored for the Patriots on an assist by William Artiga.

Artiga scored on a header on a cross from Tyler Finley with 6:56 left to seal the victory.

The Patriots will travel to Buckhorn Feb. 22 at 7 p.m.
