HS Softball: Bob Jones beats down Bears

The Bob Jones Patriots scored six runs in the second inning Tuesday to cruise to victory over the Austin Bears, 11-1.

Offensively for the Patriots (7-10, 1-0), Rebekah Duvalland and Madi Spurgeon had two hits and an en RBI apiece, while Guest also had a big day at the plate with two RBIs.

Lauren Lindsey picked up the loss for the Bears.
