BJ senior signs with Alabama A&M

Taylor Lindsey signed with Alabama A&M April 20.

Taylor Lindsey will become a bulldog.

The Bob Jones senior signed with Alabama A&M University to play baseball.

“I’m looking forward to new experiences,” Lindsey said.

Lindsey was joined at the signing by his parents, Bob and Pam, and his teammates.

“I’m always going to remember this year and the special bond I’ve experience with these teammates,” Lindsey said.

The Bob Jones baseball coach and athletic director commended Lindsey’s hard work.

“You’re an excellent young man and because of your hard work ethic you’re going to be successful at Alabama A&M,” said Coach Jeff Bell.

“You’ll always be a Bob Jones Patriot,” said John Wilson, athletic director. “You’ve worked hard, and now you’re reaping those benefits.”

Lindsey was offered some advice on playing with an older range of athletes from former college baseball player and Bob Jones Principal Robby Parker.

“You’re a freshman. Be patient,” Parker said. “It will happen.”
