Gloria Ann Carden; May 18, 2011

Gloria Ann Carden, 72, of Madison, passed away Wednesday, May 18.

Mrs. Carden, a former resident of Meridian, Mississippi, was a graduate of Mississippi State College for Women and a member of Madison United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Leo H. Carden; son, Tony Carden and wife, Laura, of Maumelle, Ark.; grandchildren, Luke, Anna, Hope, and Jack; and other relatives and friends.

Visitation was from 9:30 to 10:30 Saturday, May 21 at Stephens Funeral Home, Meridian, Mississippi. A graveside service followed at 11 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery. Laughlin Service Funeral Home is assisting the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Madison United Methodist Church Bus Fund, 127 Church St., Madison, AL 35758.
