Drug Take Back initiative this weekend

The Rx Drug Take Back will be held this Saturday at City Hall.

Citizens may use the north parking lot entrance in front of City Hall to enter and simply drive up to the collection point to give items to an Madison Police Department officer from 9 a.m. to noon.

Citizens are asked to leave through the south exits in front of City Hall and by the Fire Station on Mill Road. Remove all identifying labels from bottles and packages.

Please identify containers with needles and “sharps” for safety. Items will be destroyed by the SWDA and Covanta Huntsville.
