Man arrested for hit-and-run in Madison

Based on a tip from Crime Stoppers, the Madison Police Department has arrested 51-year-old Clarence Harvey of Huntsville for the Sept. 4th hit and run of a cyclist on Madison Boulevard.

Harvey was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. He was held at the Huntsvile- Madison County Detention Facility on $2,500.00 Bond.

The green 2003 Ford F150 he was driving that day has been located in Mississippi and arrangements are being made to transport it back to Madison.
