Foggy Start To The Day

Visibility is extremely low in Madison and Madison County areas because of dense fog.

The National Weather Service in Huntsville has issued Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 10 a.m.

Visibility will drop below 1/4 mile at times. The thicker fog will last through mid-morning with mainly cloudy skies beyond that. Some more rain showers are expected at times through this afternoon.  The chance for rain today is around 50 percent. Highs today will be around 60. Drivers should remember to turn on their low beams and leave room between their car and the cars in front of them.
