Police investigate possible suicide

A woman was found dead this morning by a man (possibly her husband according to police) by a gun shot wound. Investigators responded to the home at 2125 Windover Drive around 2 a.m. in north Huntsville. Police do believe the woman shot herself, but are treating the shooting as a death investigation until further notice. Investigators worked well into the morning collecting evidence as well as questioning the man who found her. The woman’s name has not been released
