Marilyn Lee Jones; March 1, 2012

Marilyn Lee Jones, Marilyn (Kirkendall) 79, was born May 5, 1932 in Dayton, Ohio where she lived until the last four years and passed into life eternal March 1, 2012 in Huntsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Marguerite Kirkendall, her son Gary and grandson Jason Keefer. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years James of Madison; one sister, Nancy Lantz of Centerville, Ohio; one son, Daniel (Mary Denise) of Yellow Springs, Ohio; two daughters, Cindy Bowes of Columbus, Ohio; and Vicky (Ray) Brown of Toney, as well seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services were Sunday, March 4- First Christian Church, Athens,  at 3 p.m. and Saturday, March 10- Greenmont Oak Park Community Church in Kettering, Ohio at 1 p.m. Family will receive friends one hour before the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Greenmont Oak Park Community Church food pantry; 1921 Woodman Drive, Kettering, Ohio 45420.
