Workshop to inform veterans on jobs, small business

“Empowering Our Veterans: Entrepreneurship and Employment” will be held on March 20 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Embassy Suites in Huntsville. Redstone Federal Credit Union is presenting the session.

Veterans who are job hunting or searching for information about opening a small business can benefit from the event, along with employers who are hiring veterans. Numerous sessions will discuss resume development, social networking, interviewing, financing a business and more.

Mike Durant and Paulette Risher will be feature speakers and join participants for lunch.
