Spice bust leads to two arrests

Two people have been arrested on spice-related charges in Madison County.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office in a joint operation with Madison City Police have arrested two men for selling spice and are also looking for a third man whom they believe to be a major trafficker.

Investigators announced the arrests Monday morning. Sawed Zamini and Christopher Joseph Moon were caught as Moon sold spice to an undercover agent at the Discount Tobacco Outlet, located on Highway 231 in Hazel Green.  Zamini is a part-owner of the store, according to investigator Brian Chaffin

Investigators are now looking for Mark Timothy Clark, who they they say may have supplied spice to the store.  According to investigators  Clark lives in Ardmore, and believe he is a ‘major trafficker’.
