Police to host Community Awareness for Youth event Saturday

The Huntsville Police Department is holding its second annual Community Awareness for Youth event on Saturday, Aug. 18.

CAFY is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jaycees Building and Fairgrounds at 2180 Airport Road. The event is specifically for ages 12-18, but it is open to everyone.

The CAFY program will educate youth on health, physical fitness, education and careers. The event will feature live entertainment, children’s events, special guests and free food.
