School families, staff asked to complete survey for DoD

Madison City Schools is asking parents and staff to complete a survey for information that the Department of Defense will use to evaluate the district’s grant application.

These adults first will identify their respective school. Then, they will complete multiple-choice selections that indicate how students and parents respect their peers, property and staff; show empathy; and deal with scenarios, such as bullying and teamwork.

To view the survey, visit Madison2012-13Adults.nisurvey.com. For information, call 256-464-8370.
