E. Wayne Davis, DDS; June 1, 2013

E. Wayne Davis, DDS, 78, passed away at Huntsville Hospital, Alabama on Saturday after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Bess Davis of LaFollette, TN. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Kay Davis; daughters, Sandy Davis (Joey) of Seattle, WA, Anne Davis of Jacksboro, TN, Mary Davis (Greg) of Friendsville, TN, Joanna Davis (Chris) of Huntsville, AL; grandson, Kyle Robertson of Springville, AL; sister, Billie Mountain of Knoxville, TN; brother, Fred Davis of Andersonville, TN; and many loving cousins and friends, all of whom will miss his presence in their lives.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 8, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home, Huntsville, AL. A memorial service and celebration of life immediately followed in the funeral home chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warriors Project.
