Ret. SFC Fred Burrows; June 19, 2013

Ret. SFC Fred Burrows, Sr., 78 of Madison passed away on June 19 at his home after a short illness.

Mr. Burrows is preceded in death by his son, Fred Burrows, Jr.

He leaves behind a wife, Anna; daughter, Robin; grandson, Samuel; son-in-law, Sam; and four sisters.

Fred was an active member of the American Legion, 32nd Degree Mason, a Shriner, and a retired E-7 Army Veteran.

Visitation was Friday, June 21 from 5 to 6 p.m. at Madison Chapel Funeral Home. Graveside service was held Saturday, June 22 at 3 p.m. at Huntsville Memory Gardens with Full Military Honors.
