MADISON – The eighth-grade Lady Lions volleyball team from Liberty Middle School won the Metro-Opener Tournament, hosted by Bumpus Middle School in Hoover on Sept. 7.

Team members are Kyndal Oden, Katie Sharp, Avery Lee, Alexandra Leudesdorf, Kenzie Beckett, Brittan Davis, Sydney Miller, Bronte Ray, Michelle Schikner and Joanna Russell.

Jodi Jones and Mike Thorum coach the Lady Lions.
