Alzheimer support group to meet at Madison UMC

MADISON – A new support group for Alzheimer caregivers will hold its first meeting on Nov. 24 from 4 to 5 p.m. at Madison United Methodist Church.

Madison UMC’s address is 127 Church St. Participants can enter at the south doors that face the parking lot.

“The support group is designed to provide emotional, educational and social support to those who have loved ones with Alzheimer’s and to help participants develop methods and skills in resolving issues for the family,” coordinator Teri Stokes said.
