Police ask for facts on suspect in attempted kidnapping

MADISON – The Madison Police Department is requesting any information about a suspect in an attempted kidnapping.

Police officers need the location of Pedro Barragan. Barragan works as a brick mason and may be working at construction sites. He is a 39-year-old Hispanic male with brown eyes and a shaved head.

On Jan. 5, officers responded to a domestic violence call. Barragan was listed as the offender.

Barragan fled in a blue 1999 Ford Crown Victoria, which was reported as stolen, with tag number “AL Tag 47A66AO.” The police consider Barragan as armed and dangerous.
