Madison police arrest two people for Captain D’s robbery

MADISON – Detectives in the Madison Police Department have arrested two individuals for the robbery at Captain D’s restaurant, 9088 Madison Blvd. on Jan. 17.

Madison detectives identified two offenders in the robbery and obtained arrest warrants for Marius Jones, 25, and Jerilyn Sanders, 32, both of Huntsville. Police officers arrested Jones and Sanders on Jan. 23 for robbery in the first degree.

Both subjects were booked into the Madison County Jail on $60,000 bonds. The investigation is considered ongoing and additional charges may be forthcoming.
