Madison police make two arrests on meth-related charges

MADISON – After a narcotics investigation, the Madison Police Street Crimes Unit has arrested James Kellum and Jaclyn Malone for narcotics charges related to the manufacture of methamphetamine.

On Jan. 24, Madison police officers executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Crescent Circle.

James Kellum, 35, was arrested on two charges: unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree with bond of $250,000 and second degree with bond of $25,000.

In addition, Jaclyn Malone, 31, was arrested on unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) in the second degree with bond of $25,000.

Both subjects were booked into the Madison County Jail.
