MADISON – The Madison Relay for Life is set for Friday, May 9 at 6 p.m. at Madison City Schools Stadium, 211 Celtic Drive.

“We hope you will come out and support the ones you remember who have lost the battle to cancer,” coordinator Leigh Christian said.

“We also will celebrate with those who are survivors and fight back so we never have to hear those terrible words … ‘You have cancer,'” Christian said.

The stadium grounds will have tents with fun food and activities. No one has to pay an entrance fee.

“We do hope you will participate and make a donation,” Christian said. “We need your help this year more than ever. Madison, come help us ‘finish the fight.'”

For more information, call Christian at 256-509-1580.
