HUNTSVILLE – Parents can enjoy a well-deserved break this Saturday with Parents’ Night Out at Sci-Quest Hands-on Science Center.

Parents can drop off their children off at Sci-Quest and enjoy an evening out from 6 to 10 p.m. on Aug. 2. Drop off begins at 5:30 p.m. Children for four to 12 years old can attend.

Children will enjoy a pizza dinner, movie and play time on the exhibit floor at Sci-Quest. They will also learn about insects and see real earthworms and learn how these worms help gardens grow by eating dirt.

Cost is $23 for the first child and $18 for each additional child. Sci-Quest members receive a 10-percent discount. Advanced registrations are required.

Sci-Quest’s address is 1435 Paramount Drive in Huntsville. For more information, call 256-837-0606 or visit sci-quest.org to register online.
