Teens to design subway art in two sessions

MADISON – Teenagers can explore subway art in a two-part session at Madison Public Library.

The “Teen Fueled Art” project will open with its first session on Aug. 19 at 5:30 p.m. “We’ll create unique subway art canvases,” youth services librarian Maggie Allen said.

“At our Aug. 19 session, you’ll create the background for your subway art. Bring a phrase or a quote that inspires you to the first session,” Allen said. “At our second session on Aug. 26, you’ll add your quote as the final addition to your subway art.”
