UNA AWARDS SCHOLARSHIP TO WAGGENER, OF MADISON, AL

FLORENCE, Ala. — Jessica M Waggener, of Madison, AL, has been awarded a Vangard by the University of North Alabama.

Her student involvement at James Clemens High School included: Beta Club.

An incoming Freshman at UNA, Waggener is the daughter of Steve and Wendy Waggener.
