MADISON – Beacon Hill Worship Center, a church that calls Madison home, is set to host a health fair, open to the general public, on the campus of the Madison Square Mall on July 18 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The fair will provide medical screenings such as blood pressure and cholesterol checks, fitness and weight management tips and complimentary massages.
Representatives from Huntsville Hospital, LifeSouth Community Blood Center and Sickle Cell Foundation of North Alabama will also be present at the fair.
The midday event will take place inside the mall at the church’s Beacon Center, a space the church recently started renting inside the mall.
“The Beacon Center is totally free to the public. It has quiet meetings, free coffee, free Wi-fi,” event organizer Antonio Moultry. Anything we do at Madison Square Mall is our way of giving back.”
Over 20 vendors total will be present at the fair, which is free of charge. The church’s women’s ministry is the official host of the event.
Apart from the health fair, Beacon Hill hosts various seminars, workshops, expos, and single ministries at Madison Square Mall. The congregation worships at 911 Miller Blvd. near the intersection of Shelton Road and Old Madison Pike.
