HARVEST – Artists and crafters will offer many varieties of merchandise, just in time for Christmas gifts, at Ford’s Chapel Holiday Craft Fair.

Ford’s Chapel United Methodist Church at 280 Ford’s Chapel Drive in Harvest will present their annual craft fair on Nov. 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Crafts chairperson Emily Howard and other church members have screened the works and wares of vendors to guarantee an array of high quality items.

To-date, artists in diverse categories have registered for the fair:

* Art — Kayla Wagner, Art by Kayla; Mike Seiter, Metal Art by Mike.

* Wood crafts — Larry Childers, Little Wooden Cross; Johnnie Renick, Family Style With Love.

* Jewelry — Christy Childers, Jewelry by Christy; Janet Wright, Artsee Accents; Brooke Hyde, Plunder Design; Angela Clare, Origami Owl.

* Hand-sewn designs — Sue Childers, Granny Sue’s Crafts; Brenda Swindell, Quilts & Things; Kristie Bloodworth, Lilybug Kids.

* Santa’s Workshop — Inexpensive gifts for children to purchase for their family.

* Assorted crafts — Made by Ford’s Sisterhood women’s group.

Several other vendors will offer cosmetics, decorating accents and clothing accessories.

Differing from most festivals, Ford’s Chapel Holiday Craft Fair does not charge an up-front fee for vendors. Vendors must agree to donate 20 percent of their day’s sales to Ford’s Chapel Benevolence Fund and Huntsville Assistance Project.

For a vendor application, email to fcumchurch@bellsouth.net. Organizers will notify vendors about setup times. Vendors can set up on Nov. 20, the night before the fair. Spaces not occupied by 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 21 will be filled with standby exhibitors.

Ford’s Chapel United Methodist Church’s congregation rebounded successfully after major structural damage to the church facilities in the April 27, 2011 tornado outbreak.

For more holiday fair information, call 256-721-0639 or email to fcumchurch@bellsouth.net. For church information, visit fordschapel.org.
