Dates and locations set for Area 8 Tournament games

MADISON-  James Clemens head basketball coach Danny Petty said that they lost the coin flip to determine who will host the men’s Class 7A, Area 8 tournament. Sparkman will host the games on Feb. 11 starting with James Clemens against Hazel Green. Sparkman against Bob Jones will follow. The championship game will be Feb. 13.

Hazel Green will host the girl’s tournament on Feb. 9 starting with Hazel Green against James Clemens. Sparkman and Bob Jones will follow. Championship game will be Feb. 12 at 6 p.m.

The loser of first round games season will be over. Winners play for seeding in sub-regional games.
