MADISON – Madison City Community Orchestra (MCCO) will present “Believe,” its 2016 Christmas Concert, on Dec. 16 at 7 p.m.
The Christian Life Center at Madison United Methodist Church, 127 Church Street, will serve as the concert venue.
“We have invited the Madison United Methodist Church’s Chancel Bell Choir to join us in our Christmas celebration,” MCCO Director Sandy Weisner said. “It is a time to rejoice and to believe.”
Madison UMC Chancel Bell Choir has a range of five octaves, and the group has been performing together for more than 25 years. Allison Edgecomb directs the handbell choir.
“MCCO will be playing pieces like ‘Polar Express,’ ‘The Grinch that Stole Christmas,’ ‘Joy to the World,’ ‘Sleigh Ride’ and a few others,” Weisner said.
The Believe concert is free, but an eventbrite registration site will allow guests to reserve tickets. Visit eventbrite.com/e, click the section for the Believe concert and then click “Register.”
