Cooper Blake Brann was born on January 21, 2017 at Madison Hospital. Cooper weighed eight pounds 13 ounces and measured 21 inches. Parents are Randi Lee Clem and Josh Brann of Athens. Grandparents are Dave and JoAnne Brann of Madison and Randy Clem of Athens. Great-grandparents are Billy and Patricia Clem of Athens and Jimmy and Pat Brann of Harvest.
