Conrad Jett Skillman was born on Feb. 3, 2017 at Madison Hospital. Conrad weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and measured 20.5 inches. Parents are Matthew Skillman of Altoona and Amber Skillman of Hazel Green. Grandparents are Danny and Reba Skillman and Susie and Donald Thoms Jr. Great-grandparents are Coy Jackson and Joan and Donald Thoms. Conrad has one brother, Riley Skillman, age 3.
