Construction work starts at high-traffic intersection

MADISON – Construction workers are improving traffic flow for the intersection of Lanier Road and Madison Boulevard.

This section of Lanier Road lies on the eastern perimeter of the Walmart property on Madison Boulevard.

Workers will add new turn lanes and modify traffic signals. City officials caution motorists to be alert to construction activities and to obey traffic control changes. The work will continue until approximately Aug 24.
