MADISON – Madison residents can enjoy the Special Needs Trunk-or-Treat and Picnic on Oct. 28.

Dublin Park will host the event from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Sponsors are the City of Madison, Autism Resource Foundation, Madison City Disability Advocacy Board or MCDAB, AMBUCS and MASP.

“The Trunk-or-Treat Picnic is focused on individuals with special needs of all ages and their families. Participants are welcome to dress up in their costumes,” City Event and Volunteer Coordinator Gayle Milam said.
