Duluth Trading Co. to celebrate grand opening with ribbon cutting, lumberjack show

MADISON – Duluth Trading Co. will hold a ribbon cutting for their new store in Madison on Thursday, June 6, at 9 a.m.

Following the “flannel ribbon cutting”, the store will host a professional lumberjack show featuring head-to-head axe throwing, single buck, and underhand chop. It will be held from 10:30 a.m. – noon.

Duluth Trading Company broke ground in Dec. on their 15,566-square-foot building at 231 Graphics Drive in the Town Madison development.

The grand opening will celebrate Duluth’s first-ever Alabama location. This is their 54th store nationwide.

Based in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, Duluth is a “no bull” brand that started in 1989 to provide apparel and other gear for hardworking men and women, such as their Ballroom® Jeans featuring “crouch without the ouch,” Buck Naked™ Underwear and Longtail T® Shirts that hide “plumber’s butt”.

The Duluth Trading Co.’s Madison location will be open Monday-Saturday: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Sunday: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
