Summer Concert Series will kick-off tonight at Madison Public Library
MADISON – The Madison Arts Council will kick-off their Summer Concert Series tonight at a new location. Previously held at the Gazebo in downtown Madison, the free outdoor weekly concerts will be held on the back porch of the Madison Public Library, 142 Plaza Blvd.
Organizers say the new location was necessary due to city parking ordinances that prevent people from parking on the grass near the gazebo.
The concert series is held most Thursdays through June and July from 6-7:30 p.m. It will kick-off tonight, June 6, with Divided by Zero.
Other performances in the concert series are:
June 13th
The Beasley Brothers
June 20th
The Old Friends
June 27th
The Zooks
July 11th
3Way Handshake
July 18th
