Firms, including Matt Curtis Real Estate, in ‘Inc.’s top 5,000

MADISON COUNTY – “Inc.” magazine has released its guide to the 5,000 fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States. Several firms with local headquarters ranked in the list, according to “Business Alabama.” (businessalabama.com)

Matt Curtis Real Estate, the sole Madison business in the list, claimed impressive results as no. 1408. The real estate firm saw $5.2 million in revenue and a growth rate of 293 percent.

Huntsville businesses proved their success in today’s markets:

* Cintel, no. 617 — Government services company, $2.9 million in revenue, 711 percent growth rate.

* Crossflow Technologies, no. 727 — Engineering company, $2.9 million, 603 percent.

* Kord Technologies, no. 927 — Government services company, $70.1 million revenue, 458 percent.

* Freedom Real Estate, no. 942 — $3.7 million, 451 percent.

* Shearer, no. 1179 — Engineering company, $6.4 million, 352 percent.

* Cortina Solutions, no. 1553 — Government solutions company, $2.7 million, 267 percent.

* MartinFederal, no. 1591 — Government services company, $16.9 million, 258 percent.

* R2C, no. 1651 — Government services company, $5 million, 249 percent.

* Corporate Tax Advisors, no. 1655 — Financial services firm, $3.2 million, 248 percent.

* Nou Systems, no. 2083 — Government services provider, 23.2 million, 194 percent.

* Noetic Strategies, no. 2106 — IT management company, $4.6 million, 191 percent.
