COVID-19 prompts changes in Redstone Arsenal gates

Due to reduced numbers of people accessing the Redstone Arsenal, the following changes have been made starting today, Wednesday, 25:

Gate 3 (Redstone Rd.) and Gate 10 (Patton Rd) will be closed. There will be reduce lanes at Gate 9 (Rideout Rd.), Gate 1 (Martin Rd. East) and Gate 7 (Martin Rd. West). Also, Gate 8 (Goss Rd.) will be expanded to 24/7 access.

Facilities that will close on the Arsenal will include the Strike Zone, Java Cafe, Weeden Mtn. Grill, and Firehouse Pub. The Youth Center Consolidate Child Development Centers and School Age Services at the Mills Rd CDC will also be closed.
