City of Madison alerted to Apple “security ticket error” on city’s website

MADISON – City officials in Madison sent out an alert Tuesday morning concerning an issue with the city’s website. “The City of Madison’s IT department is aware of a security ticket error on our website with Apple product users,” The alert explained. “It is safe to proceed to www.madisonal.gov, and the issue should be resolved by 9 am tomorrow.”

If anyone needs assistance or have further questions regarding this concern, city officials said they can contact IT at 256-772-2886.
