MADISON – A local band that plays a range of music from upbeat blues to class rock will entertain at “Let There Be Music Madison!” on July 22 at 6 p.m. A week later, the audience can enjoy the sounds of Calypso Vision.

The concert series will continue through September on Old Black Bear’s patio in downtown Madison. Old Black Bear’s main entrance is at 212 Main St., and the patio area is accessible from Martin Street.

Let There Be Music Madison! concerts eventually will move to a permanent home at the new outdoor amphitheater in Home Place Park, just south of downtown. MVP and Madison Arts Council are partners in fundraising for construction of a performance pavilion in the park.
